Towels are available for purchase only. Guests are encouraged to bring their own.

Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult to enter the property. Families with children under 16 years old must stay on the designated 'Family Side' of the property. The Family Side currently includes the resort-style swimming pool and 4 geothermal soaking tubs.

Payment is required at time of booking. No refunds for cancellations within 48 hours.

We have two options for admissions: 2-hour standard admission, or 3-hour admission for those looking for extended relaxation and rejuvenation.

When booking a soak for both adults and children, step through the process to add the Adult Soaks to the Cart first, then repeat the process for Children. When you view your Cart make sure you have the correct date and time for both groups.
